Everybody struggles at some point. Most of us are able to bounce back with a little bit of advice and Whãnau support, while some are not so fortunate. 

 

Physio Hauora is based in Otautahi (Christchurch) and dedicated to assisting people with complex needs, which often involve physical injury, persistent pain, trauma, mental illness, disability, work-related incapacity & medical illness.

 

Through a process of Whãnaungatanga, a person's Pũrakau can be brought into the light. Our Pũrakau have great power, as they contain the knowledge of what has happened and how that relates to the present. Then, through a process of Māramatanga, Pũrakau can be understood. Once understanding has been achieved, Hauora can then be restored.
